The Human Resources Generalist will perform various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, HR policy management, employee benefits administration, and highlighting employee wellness initiatives.

Experience in Human Resources Management and HR policy management
Ability to administer employee benefits effectively, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information
Multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously
Experience in organizing employee wellness programs
Excellent communication skills- oral and written
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with HR Emphasis, or related field (experience in lieu of a degree can be considered)
SHRM Certification would be beneficial
Experience in healthcare is a plus
