Telehealth

Telehealth is a modern approach to healthcare that allows you to have a doctor’s visit over the phone or through video using your smartphone or computer. With telehealth, you can conveniently connect with your provider from the comfort of your own home or any other location, just like you would in a traditional doctor’s office.

To determine if your appointment can be conducted through phone or video, simply call your healthcare provider and inquire about telehealth options. Whether it’s for minor illnesses like colds and allergies, minor injuries such as sprains, follow-up care, medication management, chronic disease management, back pain, or other specialty care needs, many visits can be effectively managed through virtual interaction.

In many cases, insurance plans do cover telehealth visits. Typically, video visits are required, although some payers may also cover visits conducted solely by phone. It’s always a good idea to check your plan coverage or inquire about telehealth coverage when you schedule your appointment.

Prescription Refills

When it comes to refilling your prescriptions, we want to ensure a fast and efficient process for you. The quickest way to obtain a prescription refill is by reaching out directly to your pharmacy. You can find the phone number and other important details on the packaging of your existing prescription.

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you plan ahead and allow 48 hours for prescription refills. It’s important to note that pain medications require an office visit and cannot be refilled without one. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your pharmacy and let us assist you in obtaining your medication refills.

Insurance

We are pleased to accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield and most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. To ensure a smooth process, please remember to bring your insurance card to your appointment, as we will need to make a copy for your medical records. If there are any changes to your insurance, address, or phone number, kindly inform our receptionist so that we can update our system accordingly.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as forms of payment. We kindly request that all balances be settled at the time of service.

As a courtesy, we will handle the billing process with your insurance company, Medicare, or Medicaid on your behalf. Our dedicated billing team will work diligently to obtain payment and expedite your claim. We understand the importance of timely reimbursement and will make every effort to streamline this process for you.
