Sterile Processing Tech

Sterilizes, cleans, wraps, stores, and distributes supplies, instruments, and equipment used in patient care. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor. High school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Previous experience is required. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with others, follow simple instructions, and transmit simple information verbally or in writing. High school graduate or have a GED certificate required.
